Knoll Larkin, BA
Knoll Larkin has a BA in medical sociology, and is currently completing his Masters in Public Health at U of M in Health Behavior & Health Education, graduating Fall 2010.
He joined the Center Spring 2010 after working as a research associate for Dr. Susan Goold in the Bioethics Program.
Knoll will be working on studies at CBDSM involving decision aids and cancer communication tools as well as studies on communicating genetic test results.
Knoll is committed to public health education and research and has spent the last 8 years working as a research assistant, project coordinator, or grants manager with numerous grants/projects such as: The Detroit Dental Health Project (University of Michigan, School of Dentistry) and “Eliminating Tobacco Related Disparities” a Michigan Department of Community Health funded project to reduce tobacco exposure in communities of color and the LGBT community.
